Platinum Membership Agreement 

Member Benefits 

As part of membership with Drip Runner LLC, the Member will receive the following benefits: 

  • 2 NAD+ IV infusions a month. 
  • 2 Add-On injections a month, which can include the following: Vitamin D3 (limited to once a month only), COQ10 and MIC (excluding: Glutathione and NAD+). 
  • 15% off additional IV treatments, IV Add-Ons & injection Add-Ons. 
  • Complimentary initial assessment 

Membership dues and regulations 

  • Membership fee is due at the initial sign up date and will continue to be due on the same date for each following month. 
  • Membership can’t be transferred to 3rd parties and can be used by members only. 
  • Missed treatments do not roll over. 
  • A minimum of 3 months of membership is required before membership can be canceled. ● Accepted are credit card payments only. 
  • Late payments will result in a charge of a service fee which will be added to your membership due total for that month. 
  • Failure to pay will result in a charge of a service fee which will be added to your membership due total for that month. 
  • Membership can be canceled at any time after a minimum of 3 months of membership. 
  • To cancel membership send an email to service@driprunner.us, including your full name, membership plan and reason for cancellation. 
  • Once you email us letting us know you are canceling your Membership Plan, we will remove you from the membership auto renew and your plan will deactivate the following month. 
  • If you have not used your monthly treatment following your cancellation, you have 30 days from your most recent payment date to redeem your final treatment under the membership. 
  • You can freeze your membership up to 3 months in the case of medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances that apply under Drip Runner LLC’s discretion. 

*You can use your remaining treatments per that month until your account automatically closes at the end of your current billing period. 

Restrictions 

The Member agrees that they will not: 

  • Reproduce any of the information such as discount codes received as part of their membership and share it with others or non-members. 
  • Attempt to use any of the discount codes obtained through the membership after membership has ended. ● Post inappropriate, inaccurate or offensive content to membership forums and discussions. 

Liability 

The Member will not hold the Organization liable for any tangible or intangible damage that might happen to them while participating in the membership.
